"Unified Contact Center" interacts with clients through an omni-channel service, which means using various communication channels, including voice and non-voice services:
1) call center, by calling the short number 1446. The call is free from both landline and mobile phones. Call reception hours are from 9:00 to 18:30 on weekdays;
2) virtual assistant in Telegram https://t.me/statgovkz_bot, with its help users can get feedback, send an appeal and monitor the status of the application without calling the contact center, view the list of statistical forms to submit, find answers to interesting questions in the FAQ section and get a link to popular services, such as search by OKED, BIN, to IAS "Taldau", Respondent's Cabinet;
3) online consultant on the official website of the Bureau https://stat.gov.kz/, where you can get answers to frequently asked questions and send an appeal by filling out the form.
All functions of the bot and online consultant are available 24/7, but feedback on the appeal can be received during the working hours of the contact center, where all applications are processed by the duty operator.
