    Director of the RSE on REM “Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

    Born on May 26, 1986 in the city of Aktobe, Aktobe region.
    In 2008, he graduated from Satbayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in “Computer Engineering and Software”. In 2015, he graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen with a degree in “Information and Network Security”. Academic degree: Master of Information and Network Security.
    From 2009 to 2016, he worked at JSC “Kazakhtelecom”, holding positions as a systems engineer and engineer.
    From 2016 to 2017, he worked at JSC “National Information Technologies” as a chief specialist in the department of computing resources development and chief specialist in the infrastructure development department.
    From 2017 to 2021, he worked at JSC “Kazakhtelecom” in various positions, including lead specialist, chief analyst, department head, and Director of the Project Management Department.
    From 2021 to 2023, he worked at LLP “KAP Technology”, a subsidiary of NAC Kazatomprom, as Director of the Digitalization and Development Department.
    Since September 1, 2023 — Deputy Director of the RSE on REM “Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

  • Zhanabekov Sarsen Zhangeldinovich

    Deputy Director of the RSE on REM “Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

    Born on November 16, 1989, in the Akmola region. In 2012, he graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in “Finance”. In 2013, he completed a master’s program at JSC “Financial Academy”. In 2019, he graduated from the University of Manchester (UK) with the degree “Master of Science in Development Economics and Policy”.

    From 2012 to 2013, he worked as a financial manager at LLP “Indira and K”.
    From 2014 to 2017, he worked as an expert in the Department of National Accounts of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics.
    From 2017 to 2020, he served as Chief Expert of the Macroeconomic Forecasting and Modeling Division and Head of the Mid-Term Macroeconomic Policy Division in the Department of Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting of the Ministry of National Economy.
    From 2020 to 2021, he worked as Chief Manager in the Sectoral Analysis Department of the “Development Bank of Kazakhstan”.
    From 2021 to 2022, he worked as Deputy Head of the Monetary Analysis Division in the Monetary Policy Department of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
    In 2022, he worked as a Data Analyst in the Big Data Analytics Division of the Analytical Solutions Department at the RSE on REM “Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms”.
    Since November 2022, he has served as Director of the Analytical Solutions Department of the RSE on REM “Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics”.

    On June 14, 2024, he was appointed Acting First Deputy Director of the RSE on REM “Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms”.

    Has teaching experience at the Kazakhstan branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University and is the author of scientific articles.

    Bizhanova Elmira Barakovna, born on February 13, 1982, in Akrab village, Khobda district, Aktobe region.
    In 2003, she graduated from Zhubanov Aktobe State University with a degree in “Informatics”. In 2017, she graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in “Informatics” and was awarded the academic degree “Master of Pedagogical Sciences”.
    From August 2003 to March 2004, she worked as a teacher of special disciplines at “Aktobe College of Oil and Gas”.
    From September 2005 to July 2006, she worked as a programming instructor at the “Economic Law College”.
    From July 2007 to August 2007, she worked as a lead specialist in Department No. 4 of IT Divisions at JSC “National Information Technologies”.
    From February 2007 to May 2008, she worked as Chief Specialist in Department No. 4 of IT Divisions of Government Agencies at JSC “National Information Technologies”.
    From May 2008 to March 2009, she worked as Director of Budget Group No. 3 for ICT Process Management of Government Agencies in JSC “National Information Technologies”.

    Baizakov Nauryz Aybarovich, born on April 11, 1992, in Almaty.
    In 2017, he graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance, and International Trade with a degree in “Management” and was awarded the degree “Bachelor of Economics and Business”. In 2018, he graduated from the same university with a Master's degree in “Management”.
    From September 2014 to July 2015, he worked as a project administrator at the Association for Leadership in Education.
    From October to December 2017, he worked as an expert at the Center for Regulatory Environment Analysis at JSC “Institute of Economic Research”.
    From December 2017 to April 2019, he worked as Senior Expert at the Center for Strategic Development of JSC “Institute of Economic Research”.
    From April 2019 to October 2020, he worked as Senior Expert at the Center for Strategic Development and Sustainable Development.
    From October to December 2020, he worked as Senior Expert at the Center for World Economy Research.
    From December 2020 to April 2022, he worked as Lead Expert at the Center for World Economy Research.
