A New Director Appointed for the RSE IVC
Kipatov Kairat Ibragimovich has been appointed Director of the Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics.
He graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University (Computer Engineering and Software) and Robert Gordon University (United Kingdom). A Bolashak program scholarship holder. Holds a Master's degree in Information and Network Security.
He began his career at JSC “Kazakhtelecom”, where he worked as a systems engineer and engineer. Since 2016, he served as Chief Specialist in the Computing Resources Development Department and Chief Specialist in the Infrastructure Development Department at JSC “National Information Technologies”.
From 2017, he worked in various positions at JSC “Kazakhtelecom”, advancing from Lead Specialist to Director of the Project Management Department.
Since 2021, he has served as Director of the Digitalization and Development Department at LLP “KAP Technology”, a subsidiary of NAC Kazatomprom.
Since 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Director for Production at the RSE on REM “IVC BNS ASPiR RK”.
