Elmira Barakovna, Deputy Director of the Republican State Enterprise "Information and Computing Center" of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Social and Rational Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participated in the national technology forum "Digital Qazaqstan," held on March 27 in Shymkent.
