The enterprise provides overseas training for its employees, which is an important stage in professional development, contributing to the improvement of key skills and qualifications. The RSE “IVC” is included in the list of organizations whose employees are eligible to participate in two-week professional development courses and seminars at the Joint Vienna Institute (JVI). In 2024, employees of the Analytical Solutions Department successfully completed data analytics courses at the JVI.
