Each month, the “Best Operator” is selected among the employees of the Unified Contact Center Department

In accordance with the approved internal Rules of Labor Regulations, Remuneration, Bonuses, and Provision of Financial Assistance for employees of the RSE on REM “Information and Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and its Branch in Almaty, the “Best Operator” is selected monthly among the employees of the Unified Contact Center Department. In addition, once a year, the “Үздік қызметкер / Best Employee” statuette is awarded.
