Public Services

The public service “Provision of statistical information not included in the schedule for the dissemination of official statistical information” is provided by the IVC to legal entities and individuals in accordance with the Rules for providing the public service “Provision of statistical information not included in the schedule for the dissemination of official statistical information”, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2020, No. 24.

    Methods of providing the public service

    Submission of applications and issuance of service results are carried out through the service provider (info@statdata.kz).

    Service delivery timeframe

    9 (nine) working days.

    The amount of the fee charged to the service recipient and payment methods as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

    The public service is provided on a paid basis according to the prices for goods (works, services) produced and/or sold by the state monopoly entity in the field of national statistics, approved by the Order of the Head of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 29, 2024, No. 1. Payment method: cashless payment. Payment is made according to the issued invoice through second-tier banks; the service recipient must indicate in the payment order the invoice number and date issued by the service provider (info@statdata.kz).

    Working hours of the service provider, State Corporation, and information facilities

    Service provider – Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30, except weekends and public holidays, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Holidays”.

    List of documents and information required from the service recipient

    1) Application according to the forms provided in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Rules for providing the public service “Provision of statistical information not included in the schedule for the dissemination of official statistical information”, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2020 No. 24 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 20335); 2) A document confirming payment (payment receipt or payment order with a bank stamp).

    Grounds for refusal to provide the public service, established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan

    The service provider refuses to provide the public service in the following cases: 1) if the requested statistical information is confidential and respondent consent is not provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Statistics”; 2) if there are grounds for refusal as provided by Article 19-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Services”; 3) failure of the service recipient to pay for the public service in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Statistics”; 4) the statistical information is unavailable and cannot be obtained during processing.
